Leisure Card costs
We offer an annual leisure subscription, which gives you a price discount on most of our fitness classes and activities.

Concession membership criteria
The following criteria apply for each of the concession memberships.
Full-time students
You must either live, go to school, work or be registered at a youth centre within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames to be eligible. Richmond Card (Youth) will be valid until your 20th birthday or 25th birthday for people with a disability.
If you do not meet the criteria for a free Youth Richmond Card you will need to purchase a 0-18 card for £11.
Richmond carers
Carer Concession Richmond Cards are available at £11. However, if you fall under another one of the concession card categories, this will take priority.
Fairer Access
The Fairer Access Scheme is open to Richmond residents who receive one of the following benefits:
- Jobseekers Allowance
- Income Support
- Housing Benefit
- Working Tax Credit
- Disability Allowance
- Carer's Allowance
- Universal Credit
- Pension Credit
Sanctuary seekers and people in emergency accommodation
Sanctuary seekers and people in emergency accommodation in Richmond can apply for a free concession Richmond Card with an active leisure subscription, and receive free access to some activities.
