Look after your Mental Elf at Richmond Mind's festive fun run

Mental Elf is a festive 5km fun run around Marble Hill Park open to all ages and abilities on Sunday 7 December.

Festive fancy dress is strongly encouraged but not essential. The 5 kilometre route is three laps around the park, which you are welcome to run or walk, completing either one or two laps if you prefer.

The event highlights the importance of physical wellbeing to support our mental wellbeing and raises vital funds for Richmond Borough Mind.
